LETTERS TO THE CALIFORNIA STATE GOVERNOR, ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER

September 7, 2004, urging support for SB 1912 (Ashburn) & AB 2132 (Reyes) (click here), measures that would allow students to carry asthma inhalers and Epi-pens with them, at school, if their physicians and parents so authorize.

September 14, 2004 urging support for SB 1386 (click here) which limits the kinds of drug testing policies schools can adopt in the State of California

September 14, 2004, urging support for AB 1012 (click here), which facilitates parental rights in student interrogations.
