Reminders re PTA dates & deadlines:

 

·        Insurance premium/form & workers compensation forms are past due – please submit to Treasurer, Cherub Halperin ASAP if you have not already done so. Insurance premium of $207 plus late fee of $25 if not received at District by Jan. 15th. 

 

·        Monday, January 3rd:  Convention Registrations due to Council to receive early bird rate of $99/person.  Tanya Ludden: 485-9420 or tludden4@comcast.net

 

·        Monday, January 10th:  Peralta District Meeting & Reflections Awards at Arroyo School in San Leandro (call Debbie Look if you wish to carpool)

 

·        Tuesday, January 21st:  My PTA/PTSA Award Applications due to Council (due to District by Jan. 25th)

 

·        Tuesday, January 21st:  Mid-year Audits due to Council (due to District by Feb. 1st)
