· Items due now to Peralta District (send 2 copies to Council, we will keep one and forward the other to Peralta)
o Board list for 2004/2005 – send to Margaret Steele, Secretary
o Summer audit – send to Cherub Halperin, Treasurer
o Budget for 2004/2005 – to Cherub
o End of year (2003/2004) financial report – to Cherub
· October 1st: 1st remittance of (at least 15 membership) per capita fees due to Council to qualify for Early Bird Award – submit to Council Treasurer, Cherub Halperin.
· October 15th: 2nd remittance of (at least 50 membership) per capita fees due to Council to qualify for Chairman’s Club Award – must achieve this in order to qualify for My PTA/PTSA Awards
