2026 AIM Insurance Guide-Insurance contracts are for the calendar year. Please look for renewal information in the fall.
Facility Utilization-Utilize Facilitron for after hour utilization for school sites.
Paying for Events
Contracts - contracts must be approved before signing or ratified after signing (in case of an urgent need to sign the contract before the next EB meeting.
Vendors-Independent contractors must provide current certificates of insurance, which the PTA must retain in its files. Directors, teachers, or instructors hired as independent contractors must carry their own general liability insurance and Workers’ Compensation Insurance. Please keep a log of any services paid for workmans comp and other governmental filings.

To ensure ongoing collaboration, the President of the PTA Council will have a permanent seat on the PPIE Board. PPIE also has Ambassadors to serve as liaisons with Pleasanton schools and parent club executive boards.
